According to a recent Employment Outlook Survey for the third year now there is a positive increase in hiring fresh college graduates for the year 2006. Business owners plan to hire more than the class of 2005-06 than they did in the class of 2004-05, as well as offering higher compensation and benefits for new employees.
In the annual survey by the National Association of Colleges and Employers, nine out of ten companies describe the new labor market as well, very good to excellent. Accounting and consulting firms narrated the brightest prospect for the future of the graduates, while engineering and construction companies supported the idea saying that they will be hiring.
There is an increasing demand for new graduates in the labor market also as a result of crop products and services they offer and keep up with human resources staff to retire.

Mechanical engineering graduates topped the list and looking on them are aerospace, automotive, mechanical equipment manufacturers. They also plan to hire graduates with doctorates in computer science and related courses.
Banking, transportation, utilities financial and insurance services are seeking Economics / Finance graduates. Food and drink processing companies, retailers and financial services need more Business Administration / Management graduates. A third of business owners plan on hiring associate graduates categorized into three: technology, engineering and business related degrees. Insurance and engineering / surveying companies appear needy, aged 2 of graduate studies leading to a type of technical knowledge production that require more training. They belong to the practice in the workforce developed a good work ethic which is sadly observed by employers as missing in previous fans graduates.
During the survey, only 23.5%, (mainly manufacturers) respondents planned on hiring international graduates in 2006.
What qualities must have a new graduate?

The ideal candidate rules of business are often more than last year. It is important that new graduates show good as track averages time jobs with good benefits coming from good revenues. Salary should not be the only consideration when looking for a job, benefits are part of it.

You should be able to discuss your career objectives and compose a list of relevant and creative questions that you may wonder.
