Model 870 Express magazine problems?
I bought a Remington Model 870 Express Pump Shotgun and no more than 2 tanks sometime in the tube although the magazine should Hold 4. I can not find anything wrong with that. Does anyone else have this problem?
Download gun and see that its clear. It is a snap to put on the game laws which only allow 3 shots … 2 +1. Unscrew the nut end magazine under the barrel in the fore and let the plug fall out of small hole in reverse. If not … you have a different style plug. Not present: Lift the barrel and the barrel should come off.Some of them require you remove the clip compression the celebration of spring. Now be careful when doing this spring because it will be under pressure. Get a rag and a small screwdriver with a pistol pointing a chair or something and lift clip holding cloth on the end to catch the spring and clip if fly. Lever rag and a little control over what they catch. Spring and pin should come together …. if not turn upside down. Replace the spring without plug and put compression on the clip so that its discharge and replace the barrel and the nut on the one hand handguards tight.
